Position Summary
The Ice Operations Manager / Ice Tech performs event preparation and other duties related to the Main Ice and Holland Community Ice. Acts as liaison between the facility and tenants ensuring all tenant requirements are met and facility rules, regulations and policies are followed. Also, will coordinate and supervise specific event-related events on the community sheet of ice. Ensures that the installation and maintenance of the ice sheets in the both the Main Arena and Holland Ice meet the highest standards of excellence expected by our tenants.
