Position Summary
The Behavioral Health Practitioner I will conduct comprehensive autism diagnostic evaluations and implement evidence-based treatment programs on an outpatient basis. Advanced training opportunities are available, such as establishing research reliability on the ADOS-2, and training in specific therapy modalities. 4. Ability to implement manualized behavioral interventions used with Autism Diagnostic Clinic with fidelity Unstuck and On-Target, Children’s Friendship Training).
5. Ability to navigate problem behavior during assessment and treatment while following departmental and organizational policies and procedures.
6. Ability to develop and maintain effective communication and working relationships with other employees, patients, and their families as well as the public, across all age groups.
7. Ability to demonstrate professional behavior by adhering to departmental and organization procedures.
8. Must pursue education or training necessary to perform at the level of competence required to incorporate the hardware, software, technologies, and ideas relevant to specific job responsibilities
