Required And Preferred Qualifications
Required Education : Bachelor's degree in Journalism, English, Writing or related field.
Required Experience : 2 years of experience with content creation / writing / marketing, including experience managing social media platforms.
Required Computer Applications : Microsoft Access
Required Other Computer Applications : Microsoft 365
Required Additional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities : Ability to write in a voice that is social-friendly and platform-specific.
Preferred Experience :
Background in science, public health or related fields.
Experience in digital journalism.
Experience in scientific or healthcare content writing.
Experience creating graphics for social media posts (Canva).
Experience with project management tools (MS Project, MS Planner), team collaboration tools (Miro).
Experience with SEO and conducting keyword research and trend analyses.
Preferred Additional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :
Bilingual (proficiency in Spanish).
Keen ability to learn and adapt to new software.
Experience in AdWords and SEM a plus.
Video editing skills (Final Cut Pro, or similar).
