Serves as Lead Medical Laboratory Assistant, responsible for assigning daily work activities, cross training and scheduling staff from various satellite locations, to include maintaining accreditation statuses annually.
Perform phlebotomy on patients in a clinical setting. Responsible for all duties related to processing and result reporting of outreach laboratory specimens while adhering to departmental identification policies. Manages information about patient specimens. Provides extensive client service communication with customers of Regional Pathology Services.
