Experienced laboratory professional to supervise the Tissue Procurement Service (TPS) in the Department of Pathology, Microbiology, and Immunology, including specimen transport, processing, storage, distribution and generated of curated clinical information. Coordinate with multiple research teams and IRB to produce a daily schedule of procurement services; develop new and maintain current procurement protocols; maintain procurement records and assist with audits and IRB renewals; manage laboratory operations; report procurement outcomes to laboratory medical director; and ensure accurate invoicing and payments with facility finances business director. Oversee the performance of technical and training of technical procurement staff.

- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work in collaboration with multiple laboratory managers, research study coordinators, and medical faculty across clinical and research operations.
- Willingness to accept training in new techniques, technologies and computer software applications.
- Ability to manage and direct technical teams and staff.
