Key Responsibilities:
- Education: Lead innovative teaching sessions, oversee curriculum development, join our academic development program to grow your own teaching skills, and mentor residents.
- Administration: Manage house staff schedules, support performance improvement, and resolve conflicts.
- Clinical: Balance inpatient care (5-8 weeks annually) with regular continuity clinic duties, ensuring flexibility for board exams and fellowship interviews.
- Recruitment: Represent the program during intern recruitment and outreach efforts.

Qualifications:
- M.D., D.O., or equivalent; board-eligible/certified in Internal Medicine.
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited Internal Medicine Residency by July 1, 2025.
- Eligibility for a Nevada medical license and malpractice insurance.
