Job Description
The Office for Community Faculty is recruiting for a student office assistant. This position is located at 745 W. Moana Lane. This position will be responsible for providing support for the Office for Community Faculty (OCF) through a variety of channels- print, digital, video, and others as assigned.
Responsibilities
- Providing general office and clerical support
- Support tasks such as graphic design, scanning, photocopying, data entry, and file maintenance
- Manage the desk and telephone reception
- Assist with department events and special projects
- Help develop and design event materials, as well as marketing materials for print
- Other tasks as assigned
