Job Duties/Responsibilities
Repair Shop, Tools, and Supplies (40%)
- Organize, clean, and maintain the repair space.
- Inventory, stock, and audit all tools for summer turnover and year-round use including hand tools, power tools, tool bags, and toolboxes.
- Inventory, stock, and organize all supplies including consumables, PPE, and repair parts.
- Organize, clean, and maintain all large furniture storage spaces.
- Inventory and audit all furniture and identify if ready to deploy.
- Move all other furniture to repair shop.
- Move repaired furniture to appropriate storage space. Ensure all storages are stocked with proper furniture for the surrounding halls.
- Move furniture to other storages as needed.
- Organize, clean, and maintain the paint space.
- Inventory, stock, and audit all tools for summer turnover and year-round use including hand tools, power tools, and paint carts.
- Inventory, stock, and organize all supplies including rollers, brushes, rags, and paint.
- H.S. Diploma
- Candidates should have a general understanding of power and hand tools, should be able to perform and understand basic repairs, have a basic understanding of Microsoft Suite including Excel and Word, be able to lift 25 pounds, work well autonomously, have excellent organizational skills.
