The position can be fully remote, hybrid, or onsite at the IHPP offices in Concord or Durham. All fully remote staff at IHPP are expected to attend in-person meetings throughout the state as necessary for the job.

Duties/Responsibilities
- 75% Conduct interviews (phone, virtual, or in-person) for surveys under the Money Follows the Person contract. Assist in preparing reports and program materials. Adhere to legal requirements and regulations, such as HIPAA, maintaining confidentiality and discretion regarding survey information and records.
- 15% Support the program's day-to-day operations including quality improvement processes. This includes scheduling interviews, note-taking, tracking progress, and updating work plans.
- 10% Assist in communication and marketing for the program (e.g. outreach and education regarding the program, including social media, website, flyers, and letters)
Minimum Acceptable Education & Experience:
- High School or equivalent with 4-6 years experience working with the public
- or Bachelor's degree, No minimum years of experience
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Computer skills (Microsoft Suite) and ability to learn new software databases
- Knowledge of or eagerness to learn about disability and aging issues
- Ability to work with diverse populations
- Proven organizational skills and attention to detail
- Work effectively with a team
- Ability to take direction as well as ability to work with minimal supervision when needed
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Effective interpersonal skills, including active listening, relationship building, dependability, and professionalism
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in a related health field
- Experience with older adults or adults with disabilities
