Job Details
Registered Nurse position in the Emergency Department at University of New Mexico Hospital.
Level 1 trauma experience preferred.
36 or 48 hour shifts available.
Approximately 60%-80% of the Emergency Department is admitted.
Job Requirements
New Mexico RN license (can pend at time of submission).
2 years of Level 1 Trauma experience preferred; will consider candidates with 1.5 years of experience.
COVID vaccination required; exemptions accepted with proper documentation.
TNCC certification required before submission.
NIH certification can pend until compliance document due date before the traveler starts.
Schedule Information
36 or 48 hour shifts available.
Travelers will be scheduled for weekends as needed.
Unit Specific Information
Floating to Pediatric ED is optional; floating to Adult PCUs is expected based on staffing needs.
Additional Details
No locals accepted within 75 miles.
Guaranteed hours : contracted hours (36 / 48 / 40) per week; facility can call off 3 times throughout a 13-week assignment.
