Job Title: Registered Nurse
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide clinical leadership for our nursing team. As a Registered Nurse, you will utilize your expertise in the general nursing process to assign nurses, technicians, and nursing care to assigned patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assign nursing personnel and staff to specific patients using independent judgment and skill
- Designate shift and schedule assignments, call in staff, send staff home, and monitor attendance effectively
- Provide clinical guidance and support for nursing and technician staff members
- Serve as a positive role model to promote a supportive work environment and exceptional patient care
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent experience is required
- Two years of directly related experience in a similar setting
- RN licensure in New Mexico or a reciprocal agreement with the state
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual proficiency in English and one of the following languages: Keres, Tewa, Tiwa, Towa, Zuni, or Navajo would be an asset
- CPR for Healthcare/BLS certification is preferred
