Job Description:
As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care while working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes. You will assess patient needs, develop and implement comprehensive care plans, administer medications, and communicate effectively with patients and families.
Responsibilities:
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate care and achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Administer medications, including IV medication, via the Seven Rights
- Document clinical findings and communicate effectively with patients and families
- Participate in ongoing education and professional growth opportunities to stay current on best practices and evidence-based care
Qualifications:
- Current RN license in New Mexico or reciprocal agreement by New Mexico
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (non-essential)
- National certification in area of specialty (non-essential)
