The University of New Mexico-Valencia Campus seeks a full-time Administrative Assistant 2 to work in the Nursing Department. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and serve as the main point of contact for the department.
This role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with faculty, students, and staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for relaying and resolving routine inquiries, student questions, and providing instructor assistance as needed.
Located approximately 30 miles south of Albuquerque in rural Valencia County, the University of New Mexico-Valencia Campus is a two-year branch campus that functions as a community college. With an emphasis on teaching excellence, the campus offers academic transfer programs, technical programs, Adult Education, and Dual Credit courses to high schools in Valencia and Socorro Counties. The faculty and staff serve a diverse student body of over 2,000 students per semester.
