Position Summary | The UNM-Valencia Campus is seeking anAdministrative Assistant 3 for the Adult Education Next Steps Program. This programis a grant-funded position with current funding available through 06/30/2025. This is an on-call position at .25 FTE. This individual will be the contactfor departmental data support, coordinating the departmental data functions andinquiries, maintaining a variety of files and records, reconciling fiscaladministration for the unit, including, but not limited to budgets, funding,grants, contracts, employment, travel, and/or purchasing for thedepartment. The individual will maintain inventories for department assets andproduct inventories associated with internal services. The individual willprepare reports and presentations and maintain databases for statisticalreporting to national, state, and local entities. Located about 30 miles south of Albuquerque in rural Valencia County, TheUniversity of New Mexico-Valencia Campus is a two-year branch campus of TheUniversity of New Mexico which functions as a community college in the regionand is designated a Hispanic Serving Institution. With an emphasis onteaching excellence, Valencia Campus offers academic transfer programs,technical programs, Adult Education, and Dual Credit courses to high schools inValencia and Socorro Counties.
