What are the responsibilities and job description for the Coordinator, Enrollment Svcs position at University of New Mexico?
The Registrar’s Office at the University of New Mexico School of Law seeks an energetic, detail-oriented and reliable Coordinator, Enrollment Services to perform a variety of activities, including, but not limited to: Respond to student inquiries regarding registration; Serve as primary processor of department email requests, transcripts and testing; Catalog coordination and curriculum changes utilizing online Curriculum Kuali; Use in-house database (SoLAR), Banner, and MyReports systems to record data and run reports; Coordinate and process DESRs, update webpages; Monitor and update student and academic records; Coordinate all examination processes and course evaluations. Provide policy interpretation and advisement as appropriate. Act as a liaison with other internal and external departments, faculty, staff, and student organizations. May lead, guide, and train student employees.
NOTE: Personal leave “blackout dates” are required during peak business times of the year, typically the week before and during the examination periods and semester start dates. May occasionally work weekends, usually during exam periods, as needed.

- Employees who provide services or work in patient care or clinical areas are required to be in compliance with the University's influenza vaccination requirement.
High school diploma or GED; at least 3 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.

- Experience with database management including SCT Banner and MyReports.
- Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and Word.
- Familiarity with the UNM campus enrollment processes and procedures.
- Knowledge of FERPA and UNM policies and procedures pertaining to confidentiality of student data and records, and UNM registration management.
- Knowledge of principles and procedures pertaining to proper handling of sensitive and confidential records, student, employee and department information.
- Ability to analyze, troubleshoot and make evaluative judgments.
- Experience with UNM or other academic environment; prior registrar’s office experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with Access is a plus.
- In person reliable attendance.
