Position Summary | The University of New Mexico’sHealth and Health Sciences is New Mexico’s healthcare and academic medicineleader. Our UNM Health Sciences includes the School of Medicine, College ofPharmacy, College of Nursing, College of Population Health, Project ECHO,Center for Native American Health and more. UNM Health System, including UNM Hospitaland Sandoval regional Medical Center provides the highest quality of care formore than 200,000 New Mexicans each year. As a single incumbent position reporting to the Chief of Staff, workcollaboratively within a team to coordinate and advance the work of executiveUniversity Health and Health Sciences leaders. Ensures operational efficiencyand effectiveness within the Office of the Executive Vice President/CEO. Supports and sustains a culture of service,professionalism, and continuous improvement in the executive’s organizational units.Serves as a trusted adviser to the Chief of Staff and represents executiveleadership in delegated projects and initiatives designed to achieve thepriorities and objectives of the EVP/CEO office. May manage office staff of theexecutive's organizational units. This person will activelyparticipate in building strong relationships across all UNM in addition to UNMHealth Sciences and UNM Health Systems by engaging in communicative,collaborative, and respectful relationships with those serving in leadershiproles. Minimum Qualifications | Bachelor's degree; at least 6 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis. |
