What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Representative position at University of New Mexico?
This position will be responsible for providing in-person student service and coverage at the front-desk for the College of Arts & Sciences Center for Student Success.
- The chosen candidate will perform various clerical duties at the front desk, and receptionfunctions.
- responding to student inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- scheduling appointments, data entry, and screening documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Additional projects may be assigned based on the needs to the unit.
- This position requires a Work Study Award for the current academic year.
- Must have Work Study award for the current academic year.
- Possess knowledge of the UNM campus, programs and websites of these areas.
- Willingness to provide assistance and be able to effectively relate to people of diverse cultural, social and educational backgrounds.
- Be dependable, professional, and have the ability to promote student success.
