What are the responsibilities and job description for the Open Rank of Internal Medicine in Cystic Fibrosis position at University of New Mexico?
The University of New Mexico, Health Sciences Center, Department of Internal Medicine, seeks a faculty member to join the Division of Pulmonary, Critical Care and Sleep Medicine. This position is for an Open Rank, clinician educator track. Salary and rank will be commensurate with experience and education.
This position may be subject to a criminal records screening in accordance with New Mexico law.
Minimum Qualifications:
Must be board certified in Internal Medicine;
Board certified in pulmonary disease and board eligible in Critical Care by date of hire;
- Must be eligible to work in the US (this is not a J1 position).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with patients with expertise in Cystic Fibrosis;
- Education experience and curriculum development.
Interest in transitions of care for pediatric to adult patients with chronic diseases.
