Position Summary	The University of New Mexico, Health SciencesCenter, Department of Internal Medicine, seeks a Board Certified/Board Eligiblefaculty member to join the Division of Rheumatology. The Division of Rheumatology activelyparticipates in teaching of medical students, residents in multiplespecialties, and a fellowship program. Thisposition is an open rank Professor and Clinician Educator track. Salary and rank will be commensurate withexperience and education.
Qualifications	Minimum Qualifications: Must be Board certified in Internal Medicine Must be Board certified/board eligible in Rheumatologywithin 6 months of hire Successful completion of a RheumatologyFellowship Must be eligible to work in US Must be eligible for a medical license in theState of New Mexico Preferred Qualifications: Evidence of clinical experience/interest in clinicalservice Experience/interest in education Evidence of Rheumatology publications Demonstration of excellent teaching ability Experience or recognition of the rheumatologicneeds of the diverse State of New Mexico and the rural Southwest Evidence of experience of research in Rheumatology A demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity,inclusion, and student success, as well as working with broadly diversecommunities
