UNM-Taos PreK-12 Outreach Department is seeking assistance with implementing a young women’s empowerment program. Responsibilities may include:
o meeting with PreK-12 Outreach staff for planning and training
o assisting with logistics, supplies and preparations for events
o co-hosting meetings with high school, college and community women
o fully participating in You Can Do It M’ija programming

Minimum
o Must be able to supervise young people in pleasant and patient, yet, authoritative and safe manner
o Ability to read, understand, follow, and enforce safety procedures
o Ability to understand written and verbal communications
o Ability to speak in front of a group for a short period of time
o Ability to use basic computer programs and applications
Preferred
o Experience working with youth and adults
o Ability to make quality and timely social media posts
