Job Summary
As a Registered Nurse in our Adult IP Admission Unit, you will work within the nursing process to provide direct care to assigned patients, serving as a role model to promote a positive work environment and quality patient care.
Responsibilities
Deliver safe direct care to an assigned group of patients, working within hospital and departmental policies.
Implement and document individualized care plans, incorporating age-specific considerations and discharge planning.
Assist with special tests and procedures, ensuring proper consent has been obtained.
Maintain a safe, comfortable, and therapeutic environment for patients and families, adhering to hospital standards.
Requirements
Education : Nationally Accredited Nursing Graduate or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
Experience : 1 year directly related experience as a Registered Nurse.
Credentials : Current RN license in New Mexico or reciprocal agreement state, CPR for Healthcare / BLS Provider certification within 30 days.
