| Position Summary | TheSocial Sciences Division is seeking Temporary Part-Time Faculty members toteach 1000-2000 level Education courses in Fall 2024 and/or Spring 2025. Positionsare contingent upon the need of each semester as determined by studentenrollment levels and current course offerings. Positions may be filled or eliminated each semester up to the deadlinefor students to drop or add courses. Located about 30 miles south of Albuquerque in rural Valencia County, TheUniversity of New Mexico-Valencia Campus is a two-year branch campus of TheUniversity of New Mexico which functions as a community college in the regionand is designated a Hispanic Serving Institution. With an emphasis onteaching excellence, Valencia Campus offers academic transfer programs,technical programs, Adult Education, and Dual Credit courses to high schools inValencia and Socorro Counties.
