Description
This position leverages experience, motivating individuals to move from thinking to doing to attract, enroll, and set the stage for the retention of career-oriented students. This position also guides prospective students to make the smart decision to invest in their future by enrolling in the Sanders COBT AACSB-accredited programs of the MBA, MAcc, MHA, Online BBA Flex, Certificates / Micro-credentials, or potential future programs.
Essential Job Duties
- Act as a first point-of-contact for prospective students considering enrolling in the MBA, MAcc, or MHA programs; Cross-train in other programs as needed;
- Spend approximately 75% of time with telephone discussions, texts, and emails engaging prospective students in discussion about their future with the goal of an enrollment plan;
- Develop enrollment plans, considering admission requirements, program offerings, student interests, and career goals;
- Mentor students from the application process through the first semester of enrollment;
- Meet metrics by demonstrating high level of product / program knowledge and meeting specific student recruitment goals;
- Assume responsibility for managing and updating computerized prospective student database, application paperwork, and follow-up documentation;
- Prepare all requested tracking forms accurately and on time;
- Maintain accurate knowledge of college programs, university student services, and peer institutions' offerings;
- Maintain contact with business community and student service organizations, as necessary;
- Work effectively with coworkers as part of the student services team to ensure each student's experience with the college is professional, service-focused, and productive;
- Perform all other duties as assigned.

UNA provides all eligible employees with basic life insurance at no cost to the employee. The basic life coverage level is 1.5 times the covered employee's annual base salary with a maximum benefit of $400,000. Included with your basic life coverage is Accidental Death and Dismemberment coverage at 3 times the covered employee's annual salary. The provider for this coverage is As a member of the , eligible employees have life benefits available through the TRS. Also, for eligible active employees, a death benefit of the payment of accrued sick leave is paid to the employee's beneficiary by the University.

The University provide a $6.00 per month credit to eligible employees to offset the cost(s) for supplemental, voluntary benefits. All full-time regular employees are eligible for this benefit on the first day of the month following the completion of 90 days of employment.
