Position Summary | Reporting to the Director of Student Engagement, the Associate Director of Student Engagement provides leadership for student development and community engagement efforts and supports orientation and family engagement initiatives. The Associate Director has the primary responsibility of providing opportunities for students to develop as leaders and citizens through the planning, coordination, and implementation of experiential and educational programs and initiatives. This position will develop and maintain a strong student team through intentional advising, ongoing training, and committee work. The Associate Director works closely with campus and community partners to create high-quality and positive engagement experiences and to support students as they transition to life on campus, establish foundations for success, and cultivate community. |
