Role Description
The Director of Admission for Operations strengthens the partnership between Admissions and the University to support student enrollment and retention. Reporting to the Senior Director of Admission, this role provides timely and accurate enrollment reporting and analysis to campus leadership. The Director serves as the University's data steward for incoming student data and is the chief architect of the CRM (Slate), leading its effective use for recruitment, enrollment, and student transition. Responsibilities include maintaining data reporting tools, ensuring data integrity, managing the CRM and other data systems, overseeing application processing, managing student data and merit-based aid, and assisting with communication strategies. The Director also leads third-party data integration, manages the paperless work environment, ensures policy compliance, liaises with Institutional Research and ITS, and leads the Admissions Operations team.
Qualifications (Required)
- Master’s degree from an appropriately accredited institution. May also consider a Bachelor’s degree and equivalent training and experience.
- Experience in data management and analysis within a CRM (preferably Slate).
- Five years of admissions experience, preferably in higher education. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a high-paced environment with diverse populations.

- Master’s degree in Education or related field.
- Prior experience in a management-level position in Admission or Enrollment Services is preferred.
- Proven track record as an Admissions recruiter in higher education.
- Prior experience in reporting and statistical analysis of data. Ability to travel.
Salary : $80,000 - $85,000
