Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Laboratory Manager at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. The Laboratory Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, manage staff, ensure lab safety and compliance, coordinate research projects, and maintain lab equipment and supplies.
Qualifications
- Experience in laboratory management, staff supervision, and research coordination
- Knowledge of lab safety protocols and regulatory compliance
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with budget management and procurement
