Brief Summary of Work for this Position
The Front Office Liaison & Records Specialist serves as the initial point of contact for the public via telephone, in person, and mail. Duties include :
- Answers questions regarding registration, records, and University policies and procedures.
- Verifies enrollment, graduation, and transcripts, utilizing Banner and routing questions to appropriate staff or supervisors as needed.
- Oversees all incoming USPS and campus mail, preparing mail for distribution to the appropriate in-office personnel.
- Assists with data entry of intricate, confidential, and precise elements and codes supporting various office sections.
- Reconciles receipts for daily collections for purchases of transcripts, diplomas, and re-enrollment applications.
- Provides miscellaneous support for requests from the Registrar, Associate Registrar, or supervisor, as requested.
