Part-time Instructional Law - Moot Court Coaching
Salary/Position Classification
- $3,000 contract, Non-Exempt (Eligible for overtime)
- 5-12 hours per week
- This position will work onsite the Grand Forks, ND campus.
Purpose of Position
The purpose of this position is to provide effective teaching in the area of Moot Court Coaching at the University of North Dakota School of Law.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Effective teaching in the areas of Moot Court Coaching.
Required Competencies
- Ability to work collaboratively with faculty and staff colleagues
- Eagerness to work closely with law students
- Ability to teach in the curricular areas of interest
- Ability to work and collaborate in a diverse, multicultural, and inclusive setting
Minimum Requirements
- J.D. degree from an ABA-accredited law school
- Licensed member in good standing of the bar in any U.S. or Canadian jurisdiction
- 5 years of relevant legal work experience (which may include judicial clerkships)
- Experience teaching in the subject area
- Successful completion of criminal history records check.
