Partnership Project Coordinator
Salary/Position Classification
- $22-$24 per hour hourly, Non-Exempt (Eligible for overtime)
- 19 hours per week

Purpose of Position
This position will assist the project manager in organizing, planning and implementing project goals, objectives and strategies. The position will also coordinate day-to-day operations and assist with administrative and research support tasks.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist Team with Grant Management Tasks
- Coordinates day-to-day operations and partnership communications
- Assists with monitoring and tracking Design Team and Affinity Group work
- Assists in managing grant shared calendar and project management software, including updating with meeting attendance, agenda and minutes
- Supporting the grant team to ensure they are attending to key dates and deadlines
- Assists with budget tracking, projections and processing of payments as appropriate to grant-funded projects
- Other administrative tasks as assigned
- Participate in Dissemination Activities
- Assists with revision, design, formatting and editing of reports, handouts, and Power Point presentations for dissemination, as well as other vehicles for disseminating research findings and grant outcomes
- Prepares summary reports and assists with reports to grantor agency
- Works with grant team to create and maintain products to be routinely shared on the UND ICWA Website and other social media platforms to keep state and national stakeholders aware of grant products and progress
- Other dissemination activities as assigned
- Provide Support to and Functions as a Member of the Research Team
- Prepares Institutional Review Board materials and coordinates external data sharing agreements
- Conducts literature reviews and supports scheduling and coordination of research-related tasks
- Supports data collection, data entry, data analysis, interpretation and dissemination of research findings and grant outcomes
- Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements
- Associate’s degree in human services, social sciences, education or another allied field
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft software, specifically Excel
- Experience in cross-cultural settings, especially with Native American
- Successful completion of a Criminal History Background Check

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, social sciences, education, or an allied field
- Research and/or program evaluation experience
