Screen, assess, consult, and provide nutrition counseling to clients at the UNF Counseling Center regarding general nutrition information, healthy eating, eating disorders body image issues, or any other nutrition concerns affecting the client’s mental health.
Complete all necessary documentation and charting.
Promote, design, and deliver nutrition, body image, and eating disorder education presentations on campus and in the community.
Coordinate efforts with other UNF departments regarding continuity of care of clients.
Participate in the Eating Disorder Treatment Team by attending weekly meetings and providing consultation and treatment planning to EDTT clients.
Other duties as assigned.
