Bachelor’s degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Bachelors degree or some college and equivalent experience
- Minimum of two years customer service experience

Facilitate exceptional user experience by providing front-line user support to all JPS Health Network employees by email, phone, and in-person including but not limited to troubleshooting user access issues, assisting with access to sensitive health information, navigating the library website, and printing.
Operate JPS Library Interlibrary Loan service using necessary technologies and tracking to ensure copyright compliance.
Assist with managing the physical and electronic library collections and participate in collection development by organizing and processing acquisition and removal of library materials into online library catalog.
Utilizes library systems and technology to create and edit content and deliver departmental project support as needed.
Generates monthly reports and other reports as required by the Library Manager, including compiling and creating statistical reports using various databases and resources.
Support patron use of the library including but not limited to troubleshooting library resources, work order oversight, supply procurement, and circulation.
