The ideal candidate will be well-grounded in the knowledge and pedagogy of ECSE.This is a contract renewable position. The position can be on-campus or remote. Minimum Qualifications :

  • An earned doctorate in special education or a related field with an established focus on early childhood special education (ABD considered).
  • Two years minimum experience in serving young children (birth - 8 years) with or at risk for disabilities and their families.Preferred Qualifications :
  • Expertise in one or both of the following areas of early childhood special education : (a) culturally and linguistically diverse populations or (b) mental health / trauma-informed practices
  • Experience teaching university students in online and / or face-to-face models.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work effectively with students and colleagues with broadly diverse perspectives, experiences, and backgrounds.
