Financial Analyst
Academic Affairs
We seek a Financial Analyst who can leverage data to drive strategic decision-making at UNI.
Responsibilities:
- Oversight of designated budgets and accounts within Academic Affairs
- Budget planning and development support
- Collaboration with Institutional Effectiveness and Planning (IE&P) for financial analysis to inform decision-making
- Work with Online Education & Individual Studies on graduate program viability assessments
- Data analysis and interpretation
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field
- At least two years of experience in financial management, information/data analysis or related field
- Excellent organizational, verbal, written and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to accuracy and detail
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Research and problem-solving skills required
- PREFERRED: Understanding of governmental fund accounting, experience with charts, graphs, dashboards and reports, and sustainable budget development
