Primary Function: Oversees designated budgets and accounts within the division of Academic Affairs; provides budget planning and development support; collaborates with Institutional Effectiveness and Planning (IE&P) to provide financial analysis to support decision-making; in collaboration with Online Education & Individual Studies, works with residential graduate programs to help calculate the financial viability of graduate programs; coordinates and prepares reports; analyzes and interprets data.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree; at least two years of experience in financial management, information/data analysis or related field; excellent organizational skills; excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills; strong attention to accuracy and detail; ability to work in a team environment; and strong research and problem-solving skills required. An understanding of governmental fund accounting; experience preparing charts, graphs, dashboards, and reports; and experience developing sustainable budgets preferred.
