Beginning in 2021, the Law School has organized an annual Religious Liberty Summit to convene scholars, advocates, and religious leaders for conversation about the future of religious liberty both in the United States and around the world.
The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support for the Religious Liberty Summit and report to the Law School Events Team Manager, who is responsible for organizing the event. The Administrative Assistant's responsibilities include:
Beginning in 2021, the Law School has organized an annual Religious Liberty Summit to convene scholars, advocates, and religious leaders for conversation about the future of religious liberty both in the United States and around the world.
The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support for the Religious Liberty Summit and report to the Law School Events Team Manager, who is responsible for organizing the event. The Administrative Assistant's responsibilities include:
- Sending and receiving correspondence on behalf of the Director
- Maintaining an accurate and updated event registration list
- Responding to questions from event guests
- Assist with travel arrangements
- Process payments related to the event
- Prepare and submit travel reimbursements
This is a 6 month temporary position with hours varying from 10-20 hours per week
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree
- Experience with GSuite
- Strong organization and time management skills
- The ability to communicate and interact with diverse constituencies
- Attention to detail
- Trustworthiness and capacity to handle sensitive information
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience managing event registration details
