The University of Notre Dame (ND.jobs) is accepting applications for a Graduate Admissions (Temporary).
Applications will be accepted until 01/07/2025.
The Graduate Enrollment Management team in the Graduate School is seeking (2) temporary employee to work during the peak admissions season from October 28 - February 28.
Some of the responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, working on special research projects assigned by the Associate Dean of Admissions, answering the Graduate Admissions email and phone, providing clerical support, and processing applications.
The application processing workflow will include checking for completion of new applications, verifying if all required materials have been uploaded to applications, data entry, and other tasks as assigned. The application and its processing is completely online.

Successful candidates will have proficiency with computer productivity software and be detail-oriented.
Minimum Qualifications:
Microsoft and Google applications, manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced work environment, communicate and interact positively and effectively with staff and students, possess sound judgement and strong organizational skills, and demonstrate problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
A working knowledge of online university applications and enterprise systems is helpful, but not required. Notre Dame uses Slate as its application software and Banner as its enterprise system.
