The University of Notre Dame University Operations, Events, and Safety (UOES) division is currently hiring for the position of Guest Services Associate (Temporary/On-Call) for the Morris Inn. The University Operations, Events, and Safety division leads the University's event management, hospitality, and customer service functions while supporting student life, academic endeavors, and research initiatives.
Why this position?
The Guest Services Associate is responsible for greeting guests, checking guests in/out of their stay at the Morris Inn, answering questions and providing directions in a way that displays a high degree of hospitality by utilizing the University Operations, Events, and Safety Global Service Standards. This position will process hotel payments and post charges to guest folios, handle incoming and outgoing calls from guests and various campus departments, and work through issues with guests and other team members.
This position requires standing for the full shift.

Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-6 months of related hospitality and/or hotel experience
