The University of Notre Dame Operations, Events and Safety (UOES) division is currently hiring for the position of (Full-Time) Lead Room Attendant for the Morris Inn. The UOES division leads the University's event management, hospitality, and customer service functions while supporting student life, academic endeavors, and research initiatives.
Why this position?
The Lead Room Attendant is responsible for servicing guest rooms following standards set by the Morris Inn, cleaning common areas outside of guest rooms, providing a AAA 4-diamond service, maintaining a 4-diamond appearance, abiding by uniform guidelines, and extending a warm welcome to hotel guests. The Lead Room Attendant and work in conjunction with the Operations Supervisor in order to coordinate the daily tasks and duties of the Housekeeping Department. The Lead Room Attendant will be expected to communicate with the Operations Coordinator for Linen and Supply Inventory needs of the Housekeeping Department.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Attention to detail with a team first attitude
- Must be able to work with constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, kneeling, pushing and pulling up
- Must be able to carry up to 25 lbs.
