What are the responsibilities and job description for the LEO Postdoctoral Fellow position at University of Notre Dame?
LEO is looking for a proactive, self-starter who desires to be part of solving one of the most critical issues our nation faces today – poverty. The Postdoctoral Fellow will be part of our faculty team and will contribute to our criminal justice focus area within that team. They will be responsible for leading a team in design, execution, and analysis of studies of criminal justice system interventions.

- Lead research teams that execute study design
- Compose study results for academic and public outlets
- Regularly collaborate with LEO’s social service provider partners
Qualifications
Required:
- A deep commitment to the mission of both LEO and the University
- PhD in Economics or related field
- Experience studying crime and/or criminal justice
- Interest in academic projects that collaborate with practitioners
- Experience in design, execution, or analysis of randomized controlled trials
