The University of Notre Dame (ND.jobs) is accepting applications for a Summer Student Office Assistant Part-Time.
Applications will be accepted until 4/30/2022.
The job description includes covering the front desk by greeting guests and answering the phone, assisting with a variety of administrative tasking including making copies and scans, running errands on campus, delivering office mail, helping with inventories, assisting with program set-ups and lunches, and office upkeep. In addition, assistants might help with simple research for professors.
Minimum Qualifications:
Candidates must be entering college in the fall at any school, have excellent interpersonal skills, be comfortable greeting guests, operating the phone, and interacting with different faculty and staff. Candidates must also be proficient using Microsoft Word and Excel and Google Docs.
Preferred Qualifications:
We are hiring several part time students for this position. Each one will work a part time schedule during the week, but must have a flexible schedule to be able to cover someone elses hours when needed. We are open Monday - Friday from 8:00 am - 4:30 pm. The positions cover the end of May through the beginning of August, and the beginning and end dates are flexible.
