- Basic mathematical skills and proficiency with computers.
- Strong communication abilities, both written and oral.

- No formal education is required.
- 0-9 months of experience in basic maintenance activities, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, swimming pool maintenance, painting, carpentry, and landscaping.
