We work on behalf of prospective students, current students, and their families through each phase of the enrollment process: the college search, admission, registration, financial aid, matriculation, transition, and onward to graduation.

The Office of the Registrar is responsible for academic and classroom scheduling, student registration, enrollment verification, grading and academic records maintenance, transfer credit articulation, degree audits, monitoring core education requirements, degree awarding, student data/statistical analysis, veterans benefits, FERPA compliance, and transcript services. Position Summary

This requires understanding academic program requirements, curriculum structure, and university policies, as well as researching best practices for configurations in the program. Additionally, the Curriculum Specialist runs exceptions reports in Ducks on Track to identify and address unhooked and unenforced exceptions. The employee works closely with the Degree Audit Specialist; the Catalog and Curriculum Specialist; the Associate Registrar for Scheduling, Curriculum, and Catalog; academic units; and department partners to accurately represent program requirements in Ducks on Track.
