Job Opportunity: RN - Long Term Care (South Mountain, PA)
Position: Immediately need an experienced RN - LTC for the 6 months of the contract.
Details:
Title: RN - Long Term Care
Location: South Mountain
Duration: 6 months
Shift: 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM / 10:45 PM to 7:15 AM. 8 hours. 40 hours a week.
Pay rate: Lucrative Pay Benefits Bonus
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of recent experience.
- Active license in PA state.
- COVID Vaccinated.
- BLS / CPR Preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Perform medical documentation accurately and timely.
- Provide esthetic laser treatment and dermal fillers as needed.
- Manage cases effectively, coordinating with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes.
- Insert IVs and manage airway for patients in critical situations.
- Deliver primary care services, focusing on preventive measures and health education.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals in a Level II Trauma Center setting, including emergency room (ER) staff.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients, adhering to infection control protocols.
Experience:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
- Previous experience in case management or emergency room settings preferred.
- Proficiency in medical documentation practices is essential.
- Familiarity with esthetic procedures such as laser treatment and dermal fillers is a plus.
- Experience with IV insertion and airway management is highly desirable.
- Background in primary care or trauma care will be beneficial.
