Job Description Summary
The Team Lead will directly supervise a group of 3-6 Case Investigators and contact tracers. The Lead will be responsible for daily assignments, monitoring productivity (i.e., ensuring calls are completed in an appropriate time frame), reviewing documentation for accuracy and completeness, and providing general logistical and emotional support for case investigators and contact tracers. The Team Lead will also be responsible for data analysis and reporting back to the COVID19 management team.

Qualifications
Background in public health, health services, or social with experience managing groups of 5-10 individuals. High degree of emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal skills. Highly detail oriented, proactive, and flexible. Experience with electronic medical records a plus. 1-3 years experience, Bachelors required, Masters preferred.
