Patient Care Technician
Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Patient Care Technician to provide exceptional patient care, support medical procedures, and contribute to a positive patient experience.
- Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Support physical, respiratory, and cardiopulmonary therapies as directed by licensed staff members.
- Effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Observe and report changes in patient status to RNs, contributing to timely interventions and improved outcomes.
Requirements and Qualifications:
A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required. Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) is preferred. Prior experience in a healthcare setting is an asset.
Compensation and Benefits:
The estimated salary range is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
