Patient Care Technician
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Patient Care Technician to provide high-quality patient care, assist with medical procedures, and contribute to a positive patient experience.
Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Support physical, respiratory, and cardiopulmonary therapies as directed by licensed staff.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Observe and report changes in patient status to RNs, contributing to timely interventions and improved outcomes.
Requirements:
A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent required. Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) preferred. Prior experience in a healthcare setting an asset.
Estimated Salary Range: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
