Key Responsibilities
- Participate in mandatory pre-departure training and meetings.
- Familiarize myself with program materials and provide guidance to students during the orientation process.
- Accompany a group of students and staff to Narva, Estonia, from June 7 - August 2, 2025.
- Acted as the program liaison with the U.S. Embassy in Tallinn for emergencies.
- Support the academic program by overseeing students' health, safety, and overall well-being.
- Foster a positive working relationship with staff, students, and local partners.
- Coordinate housing and meal plans with local providers.
- Encourage the use of the Russian language in all program-related activities and environments.
- Assist in the communication and administration of social media as required.
- Help organize and accompany students on program-related excursions and cultural activities.
- Monitored student progress, offering academic and social support as needed.
- Provide tutoring and additional study support outside of regular class hours.
- Submit weekly reports on program progress and any concerns.
- Report any emergencies, misconduct, or safety concerns immediately to the program leadership.
- Ensure availability 24/7 for student and program-related issues.
- Helped manage the program budget and maintain accurate records of all expenditures.
- A terminal degree in Russian Language, Linguistics, Slavic Studies, International Relations, or a related field.
