We are seeking an experienced professional to join our admissions team as Assistant Director of Admissions. In this role, you will work closely with the VP for Enrollment Management to shape and implement our recruitment plan and general office operations.
About the Role
This is a senior-level position within our admissions team, responsible for overseeing all admissions programming and providing strategic guidance on recruitment efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment plans that meet enrollment targets.
- Provide coaching and training to staff on recruitment best practices.
- Collaborate with campus offices to create marketing materials and campaigns.
- Evaluate applications and provide recommendations for admission.
- Communicate effectively with prospective students and their families through individual visits and counseling sessions.
Requirements
For this role, we are seeking a highly motivated individual with a bachelor's degree in education management or an adjacent field, along with a general knowledge of the college admissions process.
