The University of Pittsburgh School of Law seeks one co-instructor to co-teach Writing for Results with the Director of Academic Success and Bar Exam Services in the spring 2025 semester.
Course Description: WRITING FOR RESULTS - 2 sections; 2 credits each - Spring 2025
The course focuses on the writing skills necessary for success with the Multistate Performance Test (MPT) and the Multistate Essay Exam (MEE). The ideal candidate will be admitted to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction (preferably PA). The time commitment for this class is primarily reviewing student submissions using Word's track changes and comments features and meeting with approximately 40 students every three weeks via Zoom, Teams, or in-person if possible.
Salary: $2,000
Qualifications: Juris Doctor degree, admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction, and 3 years of practical experience preferred.
