Manages student recruitment activities as well as a student recruitment team. Develops effective programs and plans; analyzes prospective student admissions. Corresponds and meets with prospective students. Travels, as necessary, for recruitment activities and events.

Essential Functions
- Oversees and coordinates all day-to-day operational aspects of Southeastern US regional territory and travels within territory for recruitment activities such as conducting information sessions at high schools, community colleges, and college fairs
- Develops and implements strategies to recruit a diverse pool of potential undergraduate applicants
- Corresponds and interacts with prospective students, applicants, University alumni, guidance counselors, and others seeking information on admissions standards, academic and non-academic programs, and student activities
- Participates in admissions committees to determine student applicants’ admissibility to the University and monitors progress of applicants
- Participates in or coordinates activities on special projects as assigned by the supervisor to accomplish established objectives
- Supervise two or more regionally based ESMs
- Data organization and reporting and distribution of information to the recruitment and engagement teams on behalf of their area
- Develop, maintain, and update manuals, guides, and training related to their area of focus and other duties as assigned
