This position will work collaboratively with university staff, alumni volunteers, and external partners to strengthen the relationship between the University and its diverse alumni communities. You will facilitate communication, provide logistical and administrative support, and contribute to developing meaningful programming that fosters alumni engagement and fundraising.

- Plan, organize, and execute programs and events that foster alumni engagement, including logistics, marketing, and on-site coordination.
- Develop and implement communication strategies, including newsletters, social media, and other outreach efforts to connect with alumni networks.
- Maintain accurate data records, track alumni participation, analyze engagement metrics, and generate reports to assess program effectiveness.
- Collaborate with university staff, alumni volunteers, and external partners to strengthen relationships and enhance alumni involvement.
- Support alumni fundraising initiatives by integrating philanthropic efforts into engagement strategies and assisting with donor outreach.
